This should not be a problem as long as your flight is on-time. All Aer Lingus flights are pre-cleared in Ireland so you will deplane in Terminal C and not have to re-clear security. The issue you may have is if you are checking bags and cannot get them checked through.
You could also buy a ticket with both segments on it through Aer Lingus or JetBlue. In this case if there were any issues, you would be taken care of since any mis-connect is a problem for JetBlue and not you.
I have heard this many times and have not seen anyone say otherwise.
I was at Logan yesterday and saw on one of the signs you see entering the property that "All International Flights Arrive at Terminal E".
I have no doubt that signs at Logan can be wrong, but can anyone who has done this flight re-confirm for me that the Aer Lingus flight will drop passengers at C?
