This property participates in the Fine Hotels & Resorts (FHR) program. If the third night free was an FHR offer you would need to have booked the FHR rate to qualify. If you not sure, typically prepaid rates (paid at time of booking) are not FHR rates. FHR rates are usually paid at the property (although some collect a deposit in advance.)
