Hi,
On my flights to/from Toronto over the past few days there has been an announcement that the flight was operating with minimum crew ( 8 for the 789) and with fewer crew win CW/WT+/WT cabins.
I was in F so did not notice much of a difference ( 2 crew in F) but some of the small F touches appeared to be missing on both flights.
