I chatted with MyStays Hanada and you can check in at noon but are charged an additional 6000 JPY on top of the paid rate. I believe the hotel in HND is the same way if I remember right looking at their FAQ's. I saw the sleep pod hotel in the domestic terminal but traveling with someone that is younger then 15 so not allowed.

Basically looking for a room I can check in around 7:00 am and check out around 7:00 pm without being charged for 2 days. A lounge with sleep rooms would work too.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
