Yes, I experienced the exact same problem but they didn't quote more points, they overcharged me for the taxes. They are 100% useless when you contact their customer service centre, i've been trying to have it rectified for over a month now, support ticket is still open with them but nothing. I've put in a dispute with my bank for the payment now.
