Costco in NW Chicago is now carrying lamb tenderloin, not a common cut of lamb to see, in fact I've never seen it in any market I've shopped.
Grilled some with a spice rub, then served with a cool yogurt sauce, really tasty. Recipe here:

I made a southwestern pasta salad and am marinating chicken breasts in Badia sour orange for grilling tomorrow night.
Tonight's dinner was a toasted peanut butter and strawberry jam sandwich and a diet A&W.
