There has been lots of speculation about a replacement, but nothing for ages.

Those of us who have the card are okay, but it does seem strange that no apparent efforts have been made to introduce a replacement - it is also strange, as nequine says, that it is a Mastercard; when the big push this year has been free breakfast when paying with Visa; thereby actively discouraging people from using the Marriott branded credit card.
