The trip went well. We decided not to mention the issue to UA just to be safe but kept his meds and doctor's letter handy. He kept himself well-rested, hydrated, and prophylactically Ativan'd. While he had a brief seizure outbound in his seat, no one even noticed. Thanks again to all for the replies.
