Thanks for all the suggestions.

No gift cards, thanks - I'm trying not to invest any more in Delta as they appear to treat customers with more contempt than most airlines (hiding the award chart, dynamic award pricing, basic economy, etc. - yeah, I know, it's the way of the world, or at least the major US legacy carriers - still, I do not plan on any more Delta GCs).

I already have a decent stash of Skypesos (probably too many) and am not inclined to buy any more since a decent redemption is so difficult, and for the same reasons as above.

The spa would be nice but it's definitely run by a vendor and I agree it would probably not code as a Delta purchase (which is key in this case).

I found their menu online and I see a few wines and cocktails that seem reasonable, I think I'll go that way.
