If this is the P class fare you were asking about yesterday, I don't see any indication in the fare rules that it's a bulk fare. The word 'BULK' only appears once, as part of an infant rule. I don't see any other text in there that I'd expect to see for a bulk fare either (i.e., additional restrictions).
You might ask CTrip if they have a 24-hour cancellation policy on US-bound tickets; then, you could always check the receipt.
