On the beer front, Seattle's classic microbrew is Mac and Jack's African Amber, and it's the one beer I suggest people try first to understand the city's brewery culture. It's been a while since I've tried to get one in the club, so I'm not sure if it's on tap and - if so - if it's for pay or complimentary. If it's available and they want a few dollars for it, it would be a very worthy purchase.
It is on tap, available as the free "local beer" alongside Coors light or whatever macro they have.

I love Mac and Jack's, even better when it's free! Certainly better than the rotation of Brooklyn Brewery beers they have at JFK.
