I've been known to pony up for the occasional glass of Miraval Rosé, which is relatively reasonably priced in the club.

On the beer front, Seattle's classic microbrew is Mac and Jack's African Amber, and it's the one beer I suggest people try first to understand the city's brewery culture. It's been a while since I've tried to get one in the club, so I'm not sure if it's on tap and - if so - if it's for pay or complimentary. If it's available and they want a few dollars for it, it would be a very worthy purchase.
