If you book a BA holiday over the phone its going to be a Newcastle agent and if you make a change (unless its within 24 hours or mid travel where its the BA holidays duty team) its also Newcastle agents that you speak to. Its really just the case that if you book a changeable package its usually more flexible than flight only.
