I just got off the phone to BA holidays.
The only reason for this post is to say that the service was very good.
Only a 2 minute wait for the call to be answered. Only about 2 "menus" to fight through.
A British accent that I could understand, speedy understanding of my 2 issues, and speedy resolution. (One of the issues caused by their website).
As I am quick to complain about BA's current/recent failings, I am pleased to report something positive.
I have never ever had anything but excellent service on the 'phone from BA Holidays. Obviously a separate entity (not that I've found regular BA in Newcastle bad either, it's those b outsourced places.......coming soon to everywhere).
