Yeah despite the fact that they managed not to book any of rooms requested at Christmas for DXB they were very good. The person I spoke to at 4am UK time on Christmas Eve wasn't the brightest soul bless her. She was however able to persuade the hotel to give us rooms for the holiday. A few days later conversing with a different staff member by email they admitted it was all their fault. They agreed to refund us the extra cost we'd incurred and squared things with the hotel.
