Ah, I didn't really get that you didn't have GUCs already.
Will you be taking enough trips in the future to use up the GUCs if you burn the miles now?
Actually, I guess that doesn't even matter, since you haven't selected them yet, you could just pick another benefit if you're not going to use the GUCs.
The main thing then is how much you value those miles. If you have tons of miles and don't burn very often then I would probably pull the trigger now. If you're low on miles but earn and burn a lot then I'd think more about waiting.
