There are ways to deny preboarding, the important element is always being fair to the A boarding group and limiting preboarders. It is the upmost importance to give great customer service to those in every group.

I will tell you the way I do it If a tall passenger comes up and asks me for preboarding due to height..I first look over to the A group..if I see a tall person that has gotten to the airport early, has sacked out at the A boarding line very early just to get a seat for his height...there is no way I am going to allow someone to bump in front of him. If there are no tall passengers in line, then I will allow him to preboard. I am just being fair. I want all passengers to be as comfortable as possible along with being as fair as possible!

~and as always..thank you for choosing SWA
