Yes, that's unfortunately correct. I called to do the same and the reason I was given by the TrueBlue help desk is that this sale is only available on jetblue.com, and not via phone reservations. So, the agent can't see the lower fare and therefore won't reprice. However, the agent suggested I cancel (no cancel fee since I'm mosaic) the reservation I had and just rebook it online - I did just that and worked like a charm!
