My wife and I recently flew biz class on AC, a short flight from Calgary to Toronto, not something we normally would do, but the price difference between coach and biz was only $100, so figured "why not"? A first time experience for her, so that was fun. Anyways...

When we were served our meal, it came with a piece of cheesecake. When the FA put my tray down, the dessert was kind of broken in half. He apologized profusely, removed it right away, and then at some point returned with another piece.

I've gotta be honest, I would have happily just eaten the piece that came, understandingly that things can happen in transport. However, having read some of the expectations that you all have regarding service levels in the front cabin, I get his reaction!!
