If it is bookable on AA.com, it is a "legal" connection. MCT, however, does not mean SCT (Sensible Connection Time). As an F pax, unless the later three flights are all overbooked and then oversold, you will be on one of them. But, it won't likely be in F on that route.

If you do fly in Y, you will have a fight on your hands with BA about getting AA to cough up for the F routing. On AA, this would be easy, but not so easy for TP's.
