I would second the suggestion that you should enter something in the comments box as if you are a hotel agent, etc. I am pretty sure this is the same comments box that reservations would use to request an upgrade, etc. For example:
Use: HH DIA VIP PLS UPG BEST AVAIL
Do Not Use: I Am diamond and would want to have if possible one of your best rooms if you can. etc.
