Poor response time, or standard?
Hi have reservations for late September, and due to some specific disability-related accommodations, have had numerous email communications with the hotel, the last being in May. I contacted them Tuesday using the same email chain (
[email protected]) to confirm the previously discussed accommodations would still be in place for my stay, but have yet to receive a response. I had similar experiences in our previous conversations. I wasn't sure if this is standard, as typically I've received responses from hotels in 1-2 business days.
