Last time flying to OGG the baggage arrived to the carousel rather quickly. However when all the baggage had been claimed and the belt stopped we were one bag short. The agent quickly radioed the handler whom moments later personally delivered it to us. It had fallen off the belt before arriving at the carousel. Agent quickly noted the delay and processed a 5000 mile service gesture. Personal delivery and extra miles and smiles. Good on you Alaska. 😁
