I booked my flights on the basis of previous experience yet there was not notice that the ability to book SPML on Cityflyer had changed. BA refuse to take it further, or give an avios (despite giving to other passengers who have experienced the same thing) and are now refusing to engage with me at all.
If they are no longer engaging, put a monetary value on your meal and issue MCOL against them. It may sound petty, but it really will take a mountain of these claims for BA to realise they can't keep pulling this stuff.
