In my book if a customer wants 2 tea bags then the customer pays for 2 teabags - whether that is on an aircraft or in a cafe, bar or restaurant. This is a non-story.
In practical terms you are, of course, correct. But in the court of public opinion, every anti-BA article at the moment increases pressure on management for their stance on so many things that many of us here disagree with. Whoever said life was fair?
