I agree with that definitely. However meantime as the teabags are attached to cups and they all have to be accounted for the crew sadly have no discretion to just give away a teabag which is a ridiculous situation.

However surely the point here is if the guy wanted a stronger cup of tea just leave the teabag in for a few minutes longer

I can't really see any story here to be honest and just trash from the DM who clearly have an anti BA agenda as well as possibly the unnamed passenger in question. It never ceases to amaze me that folks here take a headline as gospel fact, beyond reasonable doubt etc
