As toothless as they can often be I wonder what the ASA would make of that statement. BA might be on some thin ice if the advertising states that foodis included.
It might be worth contacting the ASA if you've been denied food in CE. They wouldn't be able to get you any compensation but it could scare BA if they could no longer advertise that food/drink is included on CE tickets.
