OP's writing is a little hard to understand.
But based on my experience as a Hyatt employee--conventions do book all the suites sometimes. The OP probably was booked in a suite by accident, and they backed him out. Conventions often use those suites for receptions, and it can get very noisy, but the manager's "you don't want to be on that noisy floor" explanation is just a way to mollify the guest. So it sounds as if he was bumped only the first night, comped for that night and given free breakfast, and moved into the proper suite the next day. Really not a big deal, except for the hassle of moving.
