They can't figure out how to give tiered speeds to different HHonors levels. Is it really "premium" speeds if everyone gets it?
Pretty sure my Diamond speed is at least as slow as Joe Schmoe down the hall who stays once a year... tonight it crapped out in the middle of buying tickets to LCD Soundsystem and I about lost my mind.
