Reaction: total shock, never had anything much from an Ibis

Welcome gift: cake, fruit and water, plus the entire contents of the mini bar (alcohol and chocolate inc)
Reaction: somewhat bemused that the ibis next door gave sparking wine but not the Mgallery but liked that the free mini bar included the snacks

Hotel: Pullman Liverpool
Status: Platinum
Wecome gift: got a double upgrade from superior to premium deluxe and got the free mini bar with it in the process, some sweets and also received a teddy bear on checkout
Reaction: Liked that they started by telling me that in recognition of status i'd been upgraded to their executive floor, loved the teddy bear much nicer than the notebook i got from the Pullman by St Pancras in London! I did get some blackcurrant sweets but I wouldn't recommend them unless you like Jelly in packet form..
