If you're talking about the restaurant in the back yard of the FS Canary Wharf that you mentioned, it would be Ubon not Nobu. Ubon is Nobu's Canary Wharf sister restaurant, with a better view and less difficult to book a table, while food is supposedly more or less the same.

Btw, the name Ubon comes from... Nobu spelled backwards
