I also registered for both the same offers (one was in my case triple qmiles+ variable segment based bonus qpoints, the other was just 100% qpoints).

Took my flight and was immediately credited the miles, but haven't seen any additional qpoints. To that end I assume I will have to wait till after the 'end of the period' (31 Aug+ a month as the verbiage) to see the qpoints. I assume its because technically between now and then it would be possible for one to take more flights and increase the segments to a degree it would offer more of a bonus than the straight 100% as per the 'overlapping offer'.
