It's really been horrible lately for me. I thought the Diamond "premium" wifi would be better, but it seems about the same. I can handle having to re-login every night around the same time (annoying but not the worst thing ever), but the speed, especially for something marketed as premium, is pretty atrocious. This is staying at a DT, Hilton, ES and HGI in the last month. Pretty bad in all of them.
