Should I write to PC and request them to reflect both of the offers in my account?
I had exactly the same worry. I contacted QR and asked about "overlapping" campaigns if one gives you bonus Qmiles and the other bonus Qpoints.
Got an answer saying that as long as you meet the requirements of both campaigns (booking date, travel date, class of travel, etc.) you will get both bonuses.
I have a written confirmation from them so I am fairly sure I will get both bonuses (my first flight leaves in 2 hours, so let's see if at least the Qmiles credit directly).

The bonus Qmiles should credit directly and the bonus Qpoints for the "3-7 Premium segments 100% bonus Qpoints"-campaign will credit within 30 days after the end (so by 30th September).
