The St. Regis Princeville Resort on Kauai, Hawaii recently announced a new collaboration with Dom Perignon to debut a private dining experience for guests.

The St. Regis Princeville Resort’s “Dinner with Dom Perignon” is a private dining experience for two in a romantic, outdoor setting enhanced by soft candlelight and Hawaiian torchlight, offering a customized seven-course menu paired with bottles of champagne.

The experience begins when the guests’ private wait staff greets them in the lobby with a lei presentation and escorts them to their secluded dining area where they will begin their dinner with a champagne toast (Dom Perignon 2004) and will enjoy a private sabering lesson, learning how to master the impressive art of sabering, a St. Regis tradition.
