I can't speak for the OP's question on TG, however I can certainly state that EK served alcohol on my DXB-IKA-DXB flights late last year. Unsure what J /C class got on the ground in IKA (if anything) as I was down the back. Most of each flight was over Iranian airspace and alcohol was served over Iran.
Same experience on QR where alcohol is served all the way to Tehran . Same on the way back once you're airborne .
