Room Upgrade: booked Standard, received Lanai room with huge balcony (note: rooms on 3rd floor are warm even with AC - ask for room on 1st or 2nd floor; bellman who moved us said this is a common complaint in the Lanai building)
Amenity: $100 on anything - but wasn't applied at first when checking out (had to ask about it) (used for $29 valet parking and early lunch at Terrace)
Late check out: didn't use but offered 4pm at check-in
Breakfast: choice of room service or Terrace, up to $60 (used at room service)
