Hi. I have a group of 8 who will be flying into EWR and out of PHL mid Sept (14th-17th).

Any suggestions on how to get the best rate on a rental vehicle? Most "full size SUVs" the rental companies only claim capacity for 7 pax, though I know some have seating for 8. A full-size van would be fine, too and we'd be willing to pay a bit more for it, but everything I've found is about double the price of a full size SUV.

so...these are the questions I'm looking for input on:
1) any way to guarantee a full size SUV suitable for 8 pax?
2) any tips on finding a good rate on a full size van?
3) for which rental companies is EWR-PHL not considered a 1 way rental? Previously when I've done EWR-PHL pickup-dropoff, sometimes it's been considered a 1 way rental (incurring mileage charges) and sometimes not (we will be driving several hundred miles, so this will make a
$100-$200 difference in overall rental cost if we have to pay 1 way mileage)
