I see that the segments based qpoints offer says the bonus will be credited within 30 days of the end of the promotion travel period. That takes you up to the end of next month. If you haven't seen them by mid October I would drop them a line through the contact centre options once logged in to your PC account (there is a tab there for contact about promotions). But I would fully expect the qpoints to turn up without having to chase them, albeit perhaps a week or two later than hoped for. Happy travels!
