Qpoints and Qmiles aren't equivalent, so it's hard to see how one would be valued higher than the other. That said, receiving the higher benefit in overlapping campaigns, rather than cumulative, is well established, and may be what the CS agent was referring to.

Did the Qpoints campaign have an end date? It's sometimes easy to miss something in the T&Cs that says benefits will be awarded after the campaign is finished.
