I can't tell for sure, but it is possible it shows up. disclaimer is I have Nexus, so Chase won't reimburse for it (I've tried), so I can't see for myself personally, but try this:
  • Log in to Chase, and click on the card to bring up the activity
  • From the 'Things You Can Do' pulldown menu, select Benefits
  • Hover over your points total on the top right to bring down the menu and click on Rewards Activity
  • Scroll down to the 'Travel Benefits' section

In mine, it shows me that the $300 travel credit was used, and that I've activated the PP membership. There is a third item that says 'Global Entry or TSA Pre✓® Fee Credit' - I suspect that might tell you if it was used, though I'm not sure, again, since they won't apply it to my Nexus membership.
