Make sure you have you order receipt, because when I asked they looked a bit confused. However, they managed to find my duty free order.
The confirmation e-mail stated I had to print it out and hand to the CC.
As it's an item that's in the high life catalogue, and not large either, I'll be pretty disappointed if it's not available. But I will also be pretty surprised. I am anticipating this going smoothly tbh.
