I received three different offers in the past month, offering either bonus Qpoints or Qmiles when travelling in premium class. I registered all of the three and took a return flight in biz this month, which should have earned me, before the bonuses, 120 Qpoints and 17000 Qmiles.

My question is: After the travel, I only got the quadruple bonus Qmiles promised by one of the offers but not the double Qpoints from another. I rang the PC customer hotline, they told me I could only receive bonus from one offer only and PC automatically decided the quadruple miles is a higher bonus.

But when I looked at the terms and conditions again, they only talk about getting highest bonus Qpoints in one offer and highest bonus Qmiles in another when there are overlapping campagnes. There is nothing saying you cannot get bonus Qpoints and Qmiles at the same time. In a way, it is also impossible to decide which offer has a higher value. Should I write to PC and request them to reflect both of the offers in my account?
