Would you mind telling us exactly what you did, what flights/options you selected, and in what order, please? Also, when you received your ticket by email, there were some terms and conditions, or fare rules, with it. What did they say about cancellation in the fare rules with your ticket?
Hi Dr. HFH, In the website I had selected Economy Saver type (700 $ per passenger) from Doha to Miami, then I have selected Economy Fixable type from Miami to Doha
(1,110 $ per passenger) with free with changes and free with cancellation as shown by the website when I choosing the Economy Felxi type. Actually I didn’t check the terms and condition which was sent by email for the tickets since it was clear in the website with free of cancellation when choosing Flexi type (try to do it now for any booking from Qatar Airway web site and the same will display especially when selecting Flexi type). Kindly be noted I have purchased 2 tickets then I used the one from Doha to Miami and cancelled from Miami to Doha for 2 passengers.
