In Cruz's partial defense for once, CW cleaning used to be one of the most complained about issues here before he joined (anyone remember cabin temperature as the other one?). I'd sat in/ touched some pretty unpleasant messes in CW quite a few times too often before Cruz ever came on board.

Of course, in an ideal world he'd have stopped his Business Class from being routinely too dirty to use, but let's be realistic here.
