Elite threshold gifts
Just wondering what sort of things people have got for these? Is it just $200 of dinner credit somewhere?

Wondering as I'm looking to book a couple of long haul business class trips ex-US and tempted to book Delta or American as opposed to getting the extra status points and subjecting myself to UA.
