An elderly relative in Smithtown is looking for a reliable taxi or car service. He's tried Lindy's, but had problems with excessive wait times. He's not in a wheelchair, so a normal car is fine.

He's not technologically sophisticated enough to use Uber (and when I've looked wait times have varied from a few minutes to no availability). Even a cell phone seems an issue. I could book Uber for him if I'm around, but that's not always.

We could usually plan going to places in advance, but returns are obviously harder to plan in advance.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
