Hi there
I'm a young renter (will be 19 when I want to rent, am 18 now), I want to rent a car in Malta. I don't have any affiliation with USAA (i'm not american), what are my options (if any)?

Can someone else rent the car in their name and add me as a named driver for any company that rents in Malta?
