Boarding pass print not available
Two of us travelling BHD-LHR-JFK

All boarding passes will print / download to the app, except my LHR-JFK. Apps says "cannot determine your status". I do appear to be checked in.
There are no differences between our passport type or any other details.

What would cause this?
