For POUGs you need a clean booking on BA.com to get them essentially, any complexity tends to rule them out. AUP is generally available to public fares. Between the two I would say greater than 25% chance, less than 75%, but there are so many variables it's almost meaningless.
If you get stuck on the various aircraft types, just put a date and flight number and routing here, many of us can work it out from a brief glance. The 777-200s are tricky and in any case at risk of a last minute change.
